About us


The office of General Affairs strives to provide efficient and effective services for students, faculty and staff of NYMU. We administer the procurement and contracting, campus facilities construction, remodeling and repairs, asset inventory control and property management, documentation and mailing, and payroll.


Our Service


Dean of General Affairs    

1. Provides leadership and coordination for sections of general service, construction and maintenance, property management, documentation, and payroll. 

2. Tracking progress on activities and projects that managed by the sections of General Affairs Office.

3. Executes projects assigned by the NYMU president
